PGNiG’s Group structure

As at December 31, 2020, the following companies were fully consolidated using the full method: PGNiG as the parent company and 23 subsidiaries. PGNiG comprises: Wholesale Trading Division, Geology and Exploitation Division (Sanok Branch, Zielona Góra Branch, Odolanów Branch), Central Measurement and Research Laboratory, Borehole Rescue Station and foreign branches (Operators Branch in Pakistan and Branch in the United Arab Emirates).
